Second Sense is a second generation family business operating throughout the Midlands and Central Wales. 


Having a combined history of over 40 years; specialising in audiology, tinnitus management, the psychology of hearing and earwax removal, you can be confident that you will receive qualified advice and guidance based on your needs and circumstances.


Our mission is to allow everyone the chance to enjoy sound in a confident, caring and creative way.

Areas of Specialty

Hearing

At Second Sense, we know that no two hearing losses are the same, just as no two ears are the same. This is why we make it our priority to listen to where you want to see an improvement, which will help us make a tailor made solution for you. Fully registered with HCPC governing body and a member of  BSHAA, this makes sure we are up to date with the latest developments and changes in policy. With a wealth of experience, and the best technology available on the market, you can be confident your hearing needs are in safe hands.

Tinnitus

Just as with hearing, we understand that tinnitus can be a unique and individual experience. With lots of misinformation out there, we aim to give you sound advice on how to cope with your tinnitus and reduce it's effect on your wellbeing.


Earwax Removal

Trained in both microsuction, irrigation and syringing earwax removal methods, we ensure that you will be treated with the most up-to-date techniques in the safest manner. We are able to offer you a before and after picture, to ensure you are satisfied with the result and to better explain the nature of your earwax and it's production.
