Mayfair Clinic, Second Sense Hearing Specialists

Our Church Stretton Clinic

For much of South Shropshire, the nearest hearing specialist used to mean a trip into Shrewsbury or over to Bridgnorth. Second Sense changed that by opening a weekly clinic inside Mayfair Community Centre, right in the middle of Church Stretton, so patients across the Strettons and the surrounding villages can get a full hearing service without the journey.

The clinic runs every Friday, 10am to 5pm, and covers the same full range of care as our other locations: hearing tests, earwax removal, tinnitus therapy, hearing aid demonstrations and hearing aid repairs. There’s no GP referral needed, and as an independent provider we’re not tied to pushing any one hearing aid brand over another, so any advice you get is based on what actually suits you.

Mayfair Community Centre itself is well known locally as a hub for community and health services, so many patients already know the building even if they haven’t visited us there before.

Getting There

Mayfair Community Centre is on Easthope Road, next to Church Stretton Medical Practice. There’s limited free parking at the front, including disabled bays, plus the Easthope Road car park close by.
